Technical skills:  
Plant culture and physiology: 
Maintenance of plant material (cuttings, repotting), monitoring of cultivation in a controlled environment,     preparation of nutrient solutions, localized application of micro-volumes of hormones or     sugars, measurement of chlorophyll fluorescence and chlorophyll content, measurement of     stomatal conductance, sampling of organs (cryogenics or freeze-drying).

In vitro culture and microbiology: 
Preparation of culture media, sterilization, application of hormones or antibiotics,     transplanting of callus or explants, culture and genetic transformation of protoplasts (GMOs).

Biochemistry and molecular biology: 
Extraction of soluble sugars and starch measurement by enzymatic hydrolysis.     Protein extraction, electrophoresis, and transfer to nitrocellulose membrane (western blot), followed by immunodetection using antibodies.
Extraction of nucleic acids (DNA, RNA) and measurement of gene expression by qRT-PCR.     Migration of nucleic acids on gels.

Technical assistance for research projects:
• CLIMATVEG: transition and sustainability of plant production systems in the face of climate change in the Brittany and Pays de la Loire regions. Action 2.1: Resilience to water stress through priming. Project coordinated by Végépolys.
• MATCH: alternatives to chemicals for hydrangea cultivation (ANR - 2019–2023)
• PRIMEPULSE: study of the biological effects of nanosecond electromagnetic pulses and their use in plant conditioning.
