PhD student in bioinformatic. My work focus on the evolution of duplicated genes in Rosa.
About me :
Since I was born, I have developed a natural curiosity for basically everything, which helps me to have a large point of view in every subject I dig into. That is why I chose biology : in this scientific field, you need to have basic knowledge in every other field. I then discovered plant biology and it simply blew my mind, because a plant is an ubiquitous organism and I simply didn’t know everything about it, so I made it my main subject. Fascinated by communication, I’m trying to specialize in the most beautiful information transmission : genetics. To explore this field, I’m using bioinformatics, a powerful tool I fell in love with when I first extracted useful information from incomprehensible raw data. In addition, I’m obsessed with data visualisation, because for me, representation is the key to comprehension.
